I rescued a stray cat when I first moved to Baton Rouge. He needed to be neutered and was extremely undernurished, but he is now a healthy 3-year old Black and grey tabby named Bowie.
When I was in high school, I volunteered with a Humane Society in Los Angeles. My main duties were to interact with people visiting the shelter looking to adopt animals, but also to interact with the dogs and cats in the kennels. I would assist veterinarian technicians if they needed help administering medication or I would help adoption personnel by bringing in animals for potential adopters to meet and interact with.

Beverly has been an excellent babysitter for us. She and our daughter got along wonderfully, and Beverly was active in finding interesting ways for them to play and learn. She was responsible and reliable, and we will continue to use her!
My husband and I were nervous about using this program and after our time with Beverly, all I can do is rave about our experience! Beverly was incredible! She was an absolute joy... she was wonerful with our daughter, extremely responsible, and after being introduced to our famly living in New Orleans, they all loved her. I recommend Beverly for watching children of any age and we will certainly be using her again if she is available!
