We just started using Laurie and she is excellent so far. We originally hired her to take care of our geriatric German Shepherd and our cat and fish. Unfortunately, before her first job with us, our dog got sick and passed away. We had her come anyway to look after the cat and fish. She texted us to let us know that we were on her calendar that day, also texted us after her visit and when we came home, had left a very nice sympathy card and a charm to remember our beloved boy by. We did check all her references and without exception, everyone raved about her and now we know why.
