Hello there,

Thanks so much for visiting my page and for your thoughtful consideration when choosing the puuurfect cat sitter! As an animal enthusiast and a self-dubbed "crazy cat lady," I understand that your cats are not just pets, but important members of your family. I am no stranger to the challenges and anxiety involved with finding responsible and trustworthy cat-care (especially when they have special or specific needs). I have been fortunate enough in my life to have cared for my own pets since I was a kid, at the age of 8 I was already giving our family's diabetic cat insulin shots! Now, I have 2 cats of my own, Mario and Luigi, who were both diagnosed with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (unfortunately, a long way of saying heart disease) at a very young age. They are both prescribed an oral medication for this condition and are pilled twice daily. Mario also has Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD) for which he sometimes requires an oral fluid injection, and Luigi receives a daily dose of a capsule called Cosequin for his luxating patella (trick knee). In addition to these listed above, I also have experience administering subcutaneous IV fluids. PLEASE don't let all of this medical terminology fool you, I LOVE to take care of healthy cats too :)

Caring for all cats, healthy or ill, has taught me patience, responsibility and unconditional love. It's a tough but fulfilling job that I not only have an affinity for, but an undeniable aptitude for as well! It would be an honor to be your go-to "Cat Lady" and ease your stress while you are away with picture/video updates during every visit.
