I have been a pet owner since I was a little kid am an animal lover! I have personal experience with dogs and cats, as well as chickens. Right now I have one elderly dog and a cat. 
I was very happy to be a Pet Care Associate at Petsmart for several months while at school in Kentucky (I only left because I came back to Mass.). I was able to interect with all sorts of animals while employed there. I took care of the cats, feeding/litter box/ cleaning their habitats. I was also able to take the adoption center dogs out for walks, which was always fun! I was in charge of feeding the snakes/ lizards/ turtles/ fish, so this does not phase me in the least! 
I am very active and love to run, so if you have a dog that loves to run as well I would be more than happy to tire them out for you!
