I am a 23 year old graduate student with a lot of free time on my hands. I also happen to be an animal lover and want to help other pet owners take care of their animals in my spare time. I have a dog who is eight years old that I've had for over a year, and two cats who are three and eight years old that I've had for several years. Originally, my family did not own any pets, but I pressed for it, so we started off with cats and then moved on to dogs. Whenever I am home, I always walk my dog, and in turn he sleeps with me at night, as opposed to with anyone else at home. My cats also usually approach me in my room, and I am told that is the only time they ever go upstairs.
I've also previously worked at an animal shelter, playing with small animals (cats and rabbits), feeding them, and cleaning their cages.
