Will start by saying that she was very friendly and playful during the interview. Interviewed and before saying goodbye to my son she said she wanted the position. Told her that I just wanted to confirm with my son that he wanted hsh to come play again and would text her the next day, but that I didn't foresee any issue. Texted her welcoming aboard and she didnt respond. Sent another message the following day asking for her to let me know if her acceptance of the position had changed or to let me know when she could start, but that either way a heads up would be appreciated. That was not responded to either. Found to be very unprofessional and don't think a phone call or voicemail would have been answered either. Disappointing.
