Hi, my name is Lali and I am 23 years old. I am fun and creative with over 10 years of childcare and more importantly pet care experience. I am very energetic and caring. I am committed to creating a fun, happy and safe environment when in my care. I am very passionate about animals especially dogs. I am very upbeat, patient, nurturing, creative, and reliable and I consider myself to be very positive. In June of 2010, I graduated from Greely High School and also from Portland Arts of Technology a/k/a PATHS where I studied in Early Child Care Development. After working in Childcare for several years, I have decided that I would love to extend the knowledge of caring for others and their loved one's (pets or children for most) to dog care.

I have two beautiful big fur kids (Boxers) who are my world as well as care for a new puppy (Great Dane/Pit mix) and two other boxers for my landlords. I exercised them daily by going for walks and running on the trade mill or taking them to parks and swimming in the warmer months. I am taking online classes for dog behavior and dog obedience. My father in law retired after serving as a Sergeant of Cumberland County Sheriff's Department as a member of the police dog sniffing drug tactical team and he is now serving in Iraq training dogs there to sniff out bombs, etc. For over a year now, he has been assisting me in learning how to train dogs and understand their behaviors together as well as individually. I have been volunteering at Westbrook animal shelter here and there. I also have volunteered at a dog training farm called "Tree Frog Farm Dog" .
In the Spring I will be doing my internship in Bath for hands on training for my school. (Animal Behavior College)
