Hello! I am an artist and animal lover.
I am hoping to further my art, while following my dream of working with animals.

Recently I left my 9-5 job, because I didn’t find it rewarding, as I feel I’m meant to work with animals.
This isn’t simply a side job for me! I feel as though the world needs more loving caretakers and I would love to be your pet’s friend.

I grew up in farm country, we always had dogs in the family, along with chickens, ducks, and many other wild critters.
I’ve dogsat for friends and family for many years because I genuinely enjoyed it, but started professionally on Rover in recent years. Now I’d like to pet sit independently, and I’m looking to make long lasting relationships with my clients.

I’m comfortable and confident around dogs of any breed, size, age, or temperament. I’m knowledgeable in dog body language and behavior. Shy dogs need space and reassurance. Puppies need patience and constant guidance. And all of them need love. I’ve watched dogs that were “aggressive” but were not aggressive towards me at all.

My proudest moment while dogsitting was helping a Pomeranian along with her birth. It was a shock for everyone involved, including the owners, but it was very rewarding.

My hobbies include reading, writing, painting, and walking through the woods with my dogs. I try to stay off my phone while petsitting to give full attention to the animals.
