I hired Abby to look after my chinchilla during the end-of-year holiday as I would be out of state for a couple of weeks. She was more than willing to come by in advance to see what caring for my chinchilla entailed, and was friendly and timely. Overall, I am very pleased with how she fared, since she mentioned that she had no prior experience with chinchillas before. I'll certainly be keeping Abby in mind for next year's holiday.
