I have spent 14 years taking care of and raising my pet dog, a wheaten terrier. Recently had to put him down because of complications in his old age. I also have been taking care of my neighbors dog, a large golden retriever overnights and extended periods. Also spent a weekend taking care of small guinea pig. As well as taking care of three small birds one weekend. Spent a week taking care of three cats. My most experience though comes with taking care of dogs. I also used to nanny a lot throughout my high school experience and two years after high school and many of the families had at least one pet.
