I am a retired teacher and a passionate dog lover. When I was in grad school in Lexington, Ky, I sat for my cousin's two Yorkies on a weekly basis. I thanked both of them in my disseration intro for helping to keep me sane while writing it.
I also sat for several professors animals (dogs and cats) for various lengths of time. I was always in high demand since many of the professors had one or more animals.
