I have always had animal companions in my life. When I was young I bred and raised bunnies. When I was in high school my family bought a local pet store. I spent most of my free time there, usually cleaning aquariums. Over the years I have had dogs, cats, ferrets, a guinea pig and even a hedgehog. I've been pet sitting for friends for several decades. I adore all kinds of creatures, including reptiles and insects.
