I have experience with pet sitting & caring for domestic & exotic pet species including dogs, cats, exotic birds, a Chinese water dragon, a sugar glider, tropical freshwater fish, & a bull python snake. I began pet sitting for friends, family, & co-workers when I was in college (12 yrs ago) & have continued part time here & there ever since. I would like to make sitting a full time career.
I currently have a flock of 13 exotic birds; 2 of which are adopted/rescues. I have cared for & trained birds for over 20 years. Several of the birds are potty trained; the 2 quaker parrots are trained to fly to their cages & say several words & phrases. My "pets" are my family, & I actually think they probably have me trained too. I love being around animals & I could not imagine living without them.
