I have had animals, dogs, cats, and horses since I was a little girl. I have two dogs and two kittens, all are rescues, all very spoiled and I love them all more than life itself!
I worked in a veterinary hospital for almost two years and did everything that the certified technician did except place IV's and calculate dosages. The experience has been invaluable and I enjoyed every minute of it. (I only quit to go back to college and then moved back home to care for my mom).
I am dependable, trustworthy (with your pets and your home), and I will treat your animals like they're my own....there's just no other way they deserve to be treated!
I also volunteer for a nationwide rescue organization as part of a transport team that takes animals from "bad" situations to foster homes. So I am confident around animals with various personalities.
I would LOVE to care for your pets while you're away. You can go out of town on a business trip or vacation and be worry-free while you're away that your furry family members are in good hands. I can also bathe your dog(s) while you're away, or if you just don't want to do it yourself! I will use a safe facility outside your home. Baths include toenail trims however I don't do full grooming or clips and if your dog doesn't cooperate for toenail trims, I'm not going to put them or myself in harm's way to get it done.
I will care for any type of pet from lap dogs to horses, cows, llamas, pigs, goats, etc. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and I'll even muck stalls if I need to! Your home and your pet(s) will be just as you left it, safe happy, and well cared for!
