After clocking in, attend to each animal give them food and water. Check clipboard for assigned rooms. Sweep and Mop each room before shelter opens. Gather cleaning supplies and materials needed for attending each room, chemicals, lemon quat,bleach and water. Carrying kennels, news paper, and enrichment toys.Cleaned and sanitized each kennel. Swept and mopped floors,cleaned rubber slip door mats.cleaned windows, checked animals for injury's, illness,and sickness. checked neck bands and cage cards. when asked took dogs out for walks and play time. Showed potential adopters around the shelter and provided accurate information on animals. Before i resigned i was learning how to mix up the vaccines.
