My email momthang@earthlink.net says a lot. I'm a mom and in truly southern tradition, I take care of all "thangs", humans and "critters" alike. For decades "critters" have been my close friends and now that my kids have grown, I still have a lot of "mom" left in me. As a Nursing Assistant I am qualified to "mom" human friends and "critter" friends.
In the North Carolina mountains, at Appalachian State University I earned my BS in Printing and Graphic Design. But returned to the Triangle , Cary, to put down roots. An invalid friend inspired me to earn certification as a Nursing Assistant at Wake Tech in 2009.
There is no greater fulfillment than being greeted by a wagging tail, a soft meow, or a big smile.
