Very disappointed in Lauren. We set up a time to meet and she didn't show up. No text or phone even stating she needed to re-schedule. I'm a very understanding person considering I have 4 children. This is just very unprofessional and I feel like she doesn't need to be keeping someone's children if she can't even keep her word. Poor communication. I sent multiple messages this morning trying to get in touch with her. No reply. No show.
