For 8 years, I have provided pet care to a variety of animals, including: dogs, cats, birds, fish, small mammals (hamster, guinea pig, rat, etc.), horses, and goats. I currently own a cat and guinea pig, but have had many pets come and go in my life. As far as dog breeds go, I have experience with German Shepard, Lab Retriever, Australian Terrier, Dachshund/Beagle Mix, Jack Russell, Blue Heeler, Chihuahua, and Golden Retriever/Poodle. And as for cats, both short and long-haired. There has never been a moment in my life when I didn't have a pet. I even sneaked in a Betta fish into my dorm in college. I love caring for animals very much. I have no problem in washing, clipping nails, brushing out fur, cleaning teeth, or administrating medication.
