I have spent the past 25 years teaching middle school and there was always a furry friend waiting for me to come home and bring a smile to my face. All the animals that my husband and I have adopted have been rescue pets. I have have been fascinated by all animals since I was a little girl, growing up in the Amazon Rainforest. Mom wasn't so happy about the critters I brought home daily. A perfect part time job would be spending time and getting exercise with a fuzz butt.
