After speaking with Vanessa for our initial phone screening, Vanessa appeared to be a suitable candidate. Although she didn't have a lot of child care experience, I was willing to continue in the interview process and to get to know her better.

Vanessa was a no show for the meeting. I called her and she never responded. I waited a day or two to see if something had happened but no email, text, or call to give a status as to what happened.

Based on my interaction with Vanessa, I can not recommend her to the Sittercity community. I am disappointed because she "appeared" to be a nice and reliable candidate.
