Aside from years of owning a zoo's-worth of different pets over the years (cats, dogs, horses, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, newts, gerbils) I have done a lot of petsitting throughout my life. I have experience watching after special-needs dogs and cats for my neighbor at weeks at a time, I have taken care of high-end horses as well as very difficult to handle ones. I am pretty much comfortable with all animals.
