Jessica’s Bio

I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in Biology with an emphasis on animal sciences. In high school, I took a veterinary assisting class and learned how to give medication, bathe, trim nails, and clean ears. I am in the process of applying to Moorpark College's Exotic Animal Training and Management program and I hope to be a zookeeper working in conservation and education.

I also have 4 dogs at my home. (2 of them are mine, the other two are family dogs) Mine are trained well and listen great, even in distracting environments. They are all on a feeding schedule, too. I can assist in setting up schedules, training, walking, and petsitting!

I have experience with training and am also willing to teach you how to train as well. 😊

Jessica is awesome. She watched my boys short notice and they had a good time with her. If she can watch my 4 year old with down syndrome, you know she has what it takes. He is an active boy and needs constant watching. Thank you Jessica.

I can't say enough good things about Jessica! I came to Reno for a convention and hired Jessica for eight days. My daughter (13 mos.) took to her immediately, and had a great time with her! Jessica showed up promptly each morning, was flexible in terms of her hours (how late she could stay each day), and even found a friend to babysit for another couple with a 14-mo-old who needed a sitter one night of the convention. Jessica is very comfortable with babies, and mine definitely loved her! They played, watched TV, went for walks (not much outside, as it was very hot), and generally had a great time. I would 100% recommend Jessica to anyone in the area who needs a sitter/nanny, and would hire her again any time I needed someone in the area.
