She's great! Been here several times now and our 2-year old daughter adores her. She loves the way she plays games with her and gives her genuine interaction with her cell phone turned off! We can see quite clearly that she loves her job and she loves children.

We were visiting and wanted a date night. So hard to choose a babysitter without personally knowing or references. Lucy was accessible by phone for an introductory call and my wife felt good after speaking with her. She came to our hotel (on time) and met the 3 girls - twins 4yo and 2yo toddler. The girls were quickly comfortable with her and we felt sorta ok leaving after 20 minutes. No tears from any of the kids. We called an hour later to check in and talking with Lucy and the twins, all were happy. Lucy took them out exploring the interior of the hotel, picked up the pizza we ordered for dinner and organized a picnic. We were later coming back than we had planned and everyone was in pj's and happy. With all the stress of finding and trusting an out of town babysitter, Lucy came through with flying colors. We'll call her when we are back in OC.

Lucy stepped right in to care for our 4 yr old and 16-month old. She worked long hours for two weeks. The kids loved her--she asked good questions, but also took initiative to make sure the kids had fun things to do and got them to activities on time. On top of everything, the house was cleaner than we left it when we got home, which was more than I could have expected.

Recommended without hesitation.
