I graduated in May 2014 from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor of Science in outdoor recreation, and a minor in computer applications.  I am currently serving in AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps, and will be in Lake Placid between Thanksgiving and New Year.
I worked at Nottingham Pet Clinic in Syracuse, NY for 3 years feeding cats and dogs, cleaning kennels and taking dogs on walks.  I also occasionaly administered medication and worked alongside the veterinarians on staff.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to own a dog of my own.  I grew up with a cat, and would love to get a dog in the future.  I am responsible, patient and love to play outside.
