I have a small in home rescue. Where I bring in small unwanted dogs retrain and get them altered. Then once they are ready I will find them new homes. I have worked as a Humane Officer. Where I have help educate and also help owners learn to handle their pets. Rather than just tie them out and leave them all alone . I do not have any official training of certification. Just hands on experience and years of it.
