Caryn S. Pet Care Provider in Bronx, NY 10471

I have had 4 dogs and 3 cats over the years. One of my cats lived to the great old age of almost 15. 2 of my dogs lived to nearly 14. All of my pets were either adopted at very young ages 8-12 weeks from shelters or rescued from the street. I live near a wonder dog park and a smaller dog run. I currently do not have any pets as my last big guy just passed in May. My dogs ranged in weight from 35-75 pounds and were of mixed breeds. I love the outdoors and walking. I have cared for family and friends pets in my home as well as theirs. I recently hosted a Bull dog puppy in my home over the 4th of July holiday weekend. He did very well and had fun. I own my apartment on the Riverdale/Bronx border and own my car. The only constraint I have regarding hosting a dog in my home is that I live on the top floor of the building , the 7 th. Should the elevator fail the dog would need to be able to negotiate the steps or be comfortable with me carrying him/her. I have a flexible schedule as I work from home and could be available quickly if needed.
