HI, My name s Lorraine. I am 48 years old. I have had the pleasure to own and rescue many animals in my adult lifetime. I own and live on a small hobby farm out in the country. My current and past family members consist of one very energetic 5 y/o Yellow Lab Mix that I rescued 3 years ago, 1 two y/o cat, 32 chickens, 17 ducks, 9 geese, and 2 goats. My animals are my family and are cared for as such. I have experience handling, exercising, training, and giving meds when sick or old. I also believe in socializing all animals to humans and other animals. I am currently caring for one of my chickens with wry neck. He is responding nicely to treatments and diet and is improving daily. Patience, love, and determination are what I know is a proven combination when caring for and working with all animals of all breeds and backgrounds.
