Chinsea P. Pet Care Provider in Union Springs, NY 13160

Hi there! My name is Chinsea, I live in Union Springs, and I'm looking for pet-sitter jobs for either dogs or cats-- dogs must be friendly, and proof of up-to-date shots will be required for both. I'm looking to stay in the areas of Auburn , Cayuga, and Aurora but I would consider travelling to other areas for an additional fee.

I have a lot of experience~ I am currently cat-mommy to Tiny, age 11, and Roxy, age 6. I had 3 cats but my oldest, Jasmine, passed away last fall at age 14. I had to bottle feed Roxy when I got her, she was found alone & starving, no teeth yet. I also feed some ferals that live around here.

About my pet experience: I grew up with dogs since the age of 2, and my last dog passed away back in 2001. I have since lived in apartments where dogs are not allowed. I have experience giving medications-- my dog Spike (pekeapom) was epileptic and had to have an anti-seizure pill every day. My last dog Mitsey (poodle) had a skin condition and had to have several different meds and ointments. My oldest cat Jasmine, had Chronic Airway Disease and she was on medicine right up until she passed away in Sept. So I have no problem giving meds if your fur-baby needs any. I've also had a hamster and a bunny before. I should probably also mention I used to volunteer at the SPCA in the early 90's when I was a teenager.

Currently I have my own metal stamping business, and I'm finishing my Bachelor's degree at SUNY Empire State College, I'll be done May 1st. I'm looking for pet sitter jobs because I want to remain self-employed doing things I am passionate about, and I have always been an animal lover! I would like to make pet-sitting my second business.

I've never formally pet-sat for anyone before but I do have an updated resume if you would like to review that-- my background has been in retail for many years. I have work references you can call, and I have friends that will tell you how spoiled my fur-kids are-- my cats are my kids! Your fur-babies will definitely be in excellent, experienced hands when left with me :)
