I've always had a soft spot for animals. I would bring home every animal if I could. As a teen, I volunteered with the Toledo ZOOTeen program. As a ZOOTeen, I took part in educating the public about the animals, animal handling, animal enrichment, and habitat restoration. My love for animals was the driving force in applying to PetSmart, where I've been employed for 8 years now. I've held the following positions:
Pet Care Specialist
Provided customer service for small animal care.
Fed, medicated, and cared for animals in the store (including Small Pets, Reptiles, Fish, Birds, and Cats).
Filled out and kept records for medications, live animal sales, and daily tasks.
PetStylist
Provide customer service regarding pet grooming
Provide grooming services to dogs including haircuts
Assess pet conditions regarding health of pet.
