I have always been an animal lover, and as I have grown it's become more clear to me than ever - I love pets more than people! I was always the little girl pushing people aside so they wouldn't step on the ladybug, or the little girl staring from the grocery cart, urging my mother to let me pet the doggy on the way out of the store.. I just can't help it. Animals have a special place in my heart, and there is no way that I would rather be. I have recently moved into a place that does not allow me to have a pet, and to be completely honest, it doesn't feel right.

I need animal interaction!!!

I consider myself to an animal person, rather than a cat or dog person because each animal brings a different kind of love and affection to their owner that cannot be replaced.

I have had pet sitting experience since I was 10 years old. Watching the neighborhood dogs while the owners were on vacation, or being paid $5.00 to give them a bath.. Whatever it was, I did it because it felt less like a chore, but more than just pet sitting!
I have also had experience watching cats, birds, and even reptiles! I myself have owned a couple of birds for a majority of my life, and admire their majestic tranquility.. Until they start to "sing"..

I've been training my own pets ever since I adopted them, & in my opinion they have turned out GREAT! My oldest is well behaved and has the manners of a human.
