Hi I'm Jesse! I grew up on a farm in Upper Michigan caring for a wide variety of animals. I've traveled and lived all over the place since then, and in each place worked in pet care in some facet. I have recently moved to Marquette for school, and would love to continue meeting new furry friends and their people!

A little bit about my experience - I grew up on a farm with a lot of animals including: cows, chickens, pigs, cats, dogs, and horses. I have worked in pet care for the past seven years. I've raised puppies, cared for senior dogs, cared for dogs recovery from surgery, have adopted pets, have experience in basic grooming (baths, ears, & nails), and I am comfortable administrating medication and injections. I worked at a dog daycare in Evanston, IL for three years, where we cared up to 40 dogs a day. I have worked as a dog walker and pet sitter in Chicago, Illinois; Portland, Oregon; Naples, Florida; and my hometown Menominee, Michigan. I also have veterinary clinic experience as a kennel attendant and vet tech assistant. My experience pet sitting and dog walking has also included basic house sitting care - taking in the mail, watering plants, turning on lights, and taking out garbage. I have encountered most breeds of dogs, personalities, and am familiar with positive reinforcement training techniques. In addition, I have pet care experience with fish, turtles, lizards, rats, birds, snakes and guinea pigs.

I am currently a student working towards a degree in nursing, and have a flexible schedule well suited to pet sitting and dog walking. While, I cannot care for a pet in my home, I am available for pet sitting in a client's home and dog walking services!
