I have been a veterinary assistant for 10 years. I completed training for a vet tech degree prior to having children. I am comfortable and have experience with many species including dogs, cats, pocket pets, horses and chickens. I am comfortable medicating pets and monitoring them for illnesses. I am able to administer injections (diabetics). I am comfortable with dogs of varying sizes and have the patience to work with scared kitties.
