Yoly S. Pet Care Provider in Bristol, RI 02809

Yoly has been caring for our 2 children 2 days a week for the last month, I was nervous to hire someone as until this point we had been using family, but Yoly was the right choice for us. She is always on time, arrives with energy and enthusiasm. She typically has thought out a plan for the day and takes the kids to local playgrounds or activities. We ask her to prepare lunch and dinner for both kids and not only does she do so and clean up; she is able to get our picky son to finish his meals. She is smart and engaged, actively plays with the kids. I can't say enough about her other than we were very lucky to have found her!

I hired Yoly after meeting her and really liking her energy. She arrived promptly the next day and I thought all was well. We had communication errors and luckily were able to get them worked out. When I returned home my child was in a shirt only, markers/papers/stuff strewn about my living room. I was willing to give her a second chance as my child had a good time. I was informed 4 hours before she should have arrived she would not be coming due to a medical emergency. That is of course understandable, however the lack of communication, maturity, and professionalism makes my 3 star rating very generous.
