Amanda’s Bio
Like many people, I grew up with the usual pets: dogs, cats, hamsters. I added my first parrot to my family over 18 years ago. I have extensive experience with parrots, specifically smaller species. I am familiar with the larger species (macaws, cockatoos, amazons) but do not have any as personal pets at the time. I also have five years of experience taking care of horses - I have several personal horses for my family to enjoy.
I'm retired military and I know how difficult it can be to find a reliable pet sitter when you have to leave town. I truly enjoy taking care of animals.
