I have never been a professional pet-sitter, but I have had pets all my life (mostly dogs). I have taken care of friends and family member's pets when they have gone away from home temporarily. As an animal lover, and pet owner myself, I know how hard it is to take your pet to a kennel or boarder while you go away, not to mention how expensive it can be. It can be detrimental to your pet's health, and can be an unnerving experience for both you and your pet.

I have experience with feeding, walking, playing with, and providing love and attention to all kinds of animals. In fact, I am currently in school studying to become a Veterinary Assistant. I have a 2 year old Lab Mix, whom I love more than anything and anyone in the world! Although I probably won't love your pet quite as much as him, I will provide them with the level of care that I would give my own pet.

If I am taking care of your pet while you are away, whatever their needs may be, you can be assured that they will get the best care, and nothing bad will happen to them while you are gone! If any unforeseen emergencies occur, I will contact a Veterinarian right away, and make sure to take the proper steps, as well as notify you immediately and communicate with you regarding how you would like me to handle the situation. If your pet is behaving out of the ordinary in any way, I will also contact you immediately to see what steps you think I should take.

You can be sure that if you leave your pet's care and well-being in my hands, I will make sure they are happy, well-fed, and well-taken care of. I will also make sure to update you as often as you would like on their status, and be available to contact at any time while you are away, as I know how hard it can be to be away from your pet. I will love your pet like they are my own, and keep you in the know as to what is going on while you are away!

I won't be too picky regarding compensation, as I am doing this to get more experience with different animals to benefit me in my Veterinary career. However, if you are located a more significant distance from my home, I will need to make sure that it is at least enough to cover travel expenses.
