I have always grown up with more than a dozen pets in my house at a time. My family has always had parrots, dogs, fish, and rodents.
I am a hardcore animal lover.
I am the person who may stop and pet your dog on the street.
I am the person who can't go into a pet store without spending hours.
I have taken care of my two dogs for nearly 10 years before I went to college, and have experience taking care of and pet sitting rodents.
I grew up around nearly a dozen parrots and know how to clean cages, feed, and be around birds of all shapes and sizes. All of my life I had a fish or two, and my close friends and relatives have cats that I interact with.
If there is an animal I don't have direct experience with, I am familiar enough with animals that I would be able to take care of it. I am patient and gentle and would be willing to spend more than enough time with your pet. I love surrounding myself with animals and would find joy in being with yours!
