I love animals of all kinds, including shape and size! I feel like I have a certain "pet-intuition" if you will :) and understand how to not make a pet feel too overwhelmed with a new person in the home! I have many experiences in watching dogs, cats, and small pets (including flying squirrels) over nights and just for occasional visits/walks during the day!

I volunteer at local animal shelters to get dogs outside and all of their energy out, so I understand the need for family pets to have affection and a chance to get out outside. I don't have the "just feed the pet and leave as soon as possible" kind of attitude and understand that they need some human interaction when their owners are away. My family has two dogs of our own, so I understand the importance of wanting someone there that will really look after them and give them some attention as well!
