I noticed the same inability to follow through with communication. She reached back out to me to say she was interested. I sent a followup email to schedule an interview date and time, and yet to receive a response.

Five stars for finding out the type of followup Diana provides ahead of time prior to interviewing.

We have loved working with Diana! She is quick to respond to calls and texts and is very organized when we schedule her. Our boys enjoy playing with her and she takes care of all the little things like putting away their dishes and tidying up after they are in bed. I have recommended Diana to two of my friends and they also love working with her.
