Hi,
I'm currently a master degree student living in Cedar Park and available for pet sitting at various days & times, i'm pretty flexible as many of my courses are online! I have worked with a male Akita (very stubborn, lol) a Golden Retriever, and a half Rottweiler/Shepard mix.
-I think dogs sense someone's character very quickly & feel comfortable with those who genuinely have a heart for animals, so being a pet sitter is so much more than just walking a dog. Also, having someone in your home who you can trust is very important, so i'm happy to provide all my references. I am also a substitute teacher, so I have all the background security clearance & fingerprint card, driving record, etc, so that you can feel comfortable with me & with your precious members of the family! :)

Shannon and I had a great conversation about my family's needs. She seemed very professional and caring. She didn't mention it in her profile but she does have a 9 year old daughter who she said she would love to bring along with her. I told her I was open to that possibility, and we arranged a time to meet. The morning of the interview she cancelled - it was the day after a storm and she said she had debris and had a rough night prior. I said that was fine, and we rescheduled for the following week. I texted her the night prior to confirm, as well as the day of and NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. This was extremely frustrating, as I had rearranged my work schedule and the kids' schedules so we could meet her. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
