We had Hilda baby sit for our two boys, ages 10 and 12. She came on time, and followed our instructions to a T. The boys enjoyed having her as a sitter and when we came home, the boys were a sleep in bed as they should have been. Couldn't have been happier.

My husband and I reached out to Hilda and set up an meet and greet with her and our children prior to her babysitting them. The day that she was scheduled to babysit my twins. She cancelled an hour and a half earlier because she stated that she was sick which was understandable. I contacted Hilda once again to reschedule babysitting my twins and she stated that she would let me know if she was able to and she failed to communicate /no call back & no text. I am writing this review not because she may have not been able to babysit my twins but for the fact that she failed to communicate properly.
