This was the first time using Paula to watch my dog while I was traveling. Since this was also the first time using Sittercity I didn't know what to expect. Paula soon alleviated my concerns after we met during our pre-sit visit. Paula was professional and reassuring that she'd take care of everything while I was away. What I found was actuality exceeded expectations. Not only did Paula identify and treat a reoccurring medical issue with my dog, she took care of a few house issues which arose during the week. 100% satisfied with how she cared for everything while I was away and plan on using her for all my upcoming trips.

Paula was simply the best. She came to my house to meet the puppies and become acquainted with them all. i have five dogs so no small feat there. we both came up with a plan that would work best for the dogs schedule. She stayed with my dogs for 12 days and really took care of them! She went above and beyond to play with them and get to know them. I was so nervous as this was my very first time hiring a pet sitter and Paula reassured me they would be fine and they were. Paula sent daily texts and pictures of the dogs and that let me know they were just fine. I recommend Paula 100 percent. What a lovely person Paula is inside and out.

Paula is fantastic! She is so personable, she is amazing with my dogs. She has watched my dogs a couple of times and I get updates everyday -including pictures! I feel so safe leaving my dogs in her care while I am out of town. I recommend her to anyone!
