Simply put, I love animals. Cats in particular are my area of expertise, but I will gladly dote upon any animal that will allow me! Although I am without certifications or formal training, my own personal experiences, such as rescuing a day-old kitten from beneath a mobile home and providing round-the-clock care which enabled him to thrive, and pet-sitting eight cats and one dog for a good friend's family for a year and providing said dog with her twice daily medication regimen, have prepared me to confidently care for your pets as if they were my own.
During my first semester of college, I taught the 4-year-old class at a church daycare in Whitehouse, TX five days a week. I am also a doting mother to a 3.5 year old boy, who is the absolute light of my life.
