I am a licensed health care provider in a semi-retired stage of life. My children are all flapping their wings and leaving the nest. I would like to find a place to channel my nurturing energy on a part time basis. I have recently been fostering dogs and puppies with medical needs through Operation Kindness, and when I don't have a puppy or two, I walk dogs at the shelter. I have a cat and a dog, both from OK, and I'm considering keeping my latest foster, Fred who has epilepsy.
I have a long history of adopting cats and dogs and am very comfortable with all sizes and shapes and administering meds.
My schedule and household would allow me to take on a little bit of pet care locally.
