I have loved animals since I was a little girl. I had dreamed of becoming a veterinarian but after working a summer at a local vet clinic as a young teen that dream changed. Having to be a part of putting a couple older dogs down broke my heart and I decided I couldn't do that. So I became a teacher instead. I love working with kids, but my heart still belongs with God's furry creatures! I have 3 fur babies of my own: Sadi, our lovable rescued 8 year old Great Dane; Lexi, our feisty 7 year old Miniature Schnauzer; and Cleo, our lazy but cuddly 4 year old Miniature Schnauzer. I'm also keeping my brother's beautiful German Shepherd mix for 6 months while he travels the world because I just can't say no to any sweet lovable animals. I have a passion for helping animals in need.

With the hours I have as a teacher, it enable me to work a few small jobs taking care of other people's animals in the summer. I understand the importance of having a peace of mind when you can't be there to take care of them yourself. You want someone to love them and cherish them as you would.
