My experience mostly comes from 21 of my 22 years having my own pets (mostly cats) and loving everything about them. Furry kids are pretty much the only children I'd ever want, and I've never met a cat I haven't fallen immediately in love with. I'm destined to be a cat-lady when I get older and I'm totally okay with that. If I can only have so many pets myself, I'd be happy to take care of other people's. And chances are, if you care about your pets enough to look for a sitter when you're out of town, I already have massive respect for you and we'll get along just fine. For the record here, I've mentioned cats a lot, and that's mostly because I'm better with cats. But I definitely adore dogs as well. So while I put the emphasis on felines, I would be willing to work with sweet dogs as well.
