I absolutely LOVE animals and would love the opportunity to pet-sit or take care of your pets!

Growing up, I had two dogs, a dachshund and a yorkshire terrier, whom I took care of: played with, trained the basics, and took on walks twice a day. I also had a hamster named Shampoo and several goldfishes (two of which lived over 10 years).

As for pet sitting, I have over 10 years of experience pet sitting for cats, dogs, and fish. In the last five years, I have petsat primarily for two families. I house sat from time to time for a family with two dogs while they went out of town for vacation. This included me taking the puppies on walks, playing frisbee with them, and administering both liquid and oral medication to one of the dogs. I have also petsat for a family which required me to inject medication twice a day.

As you can see, not only do I have experience being a companion to animals (keeping them company, taking them on walks, playing with them, and feeding and bathing them), I have experience working with individual dogs to maintain their necessary routine (giving them medication, etc. when needed).

When working with families, I like being as transparent as possible (by communicating what their pets and I did that day, etc), and working with the familes' to fit their needs.
