I had dogs since I was a little girl. There is a special connection between these lovely creatures and me. I think I am more of a dog person than a cat person. They better reflect my personality. Dogs are loving and faithful, always eager to see you and play with you.

Had my own boxer for seven years; was watching my neighbor's German Shepherd for five years. Also, I have been taking care of my friend's dogs (a labradoodle and a maltese) when they were on vacation or traveling for the past four years.
