Pros:
Reliable; Will always show up, most of the time early. If she cannot show up, she always makes contact before hand.
Was great with our children.
Eager to work.
Will do light housekeeping.
Will use PayPal services and flexible on payment options.

Cons:
Does not have own transportation; relies on others to get her back and forth.
Moderately unprofessional in her speech, mannerisms, and overall presentation.
Not knowledgable in some educational areas, such as, basic mathematics, etc.
Immature in some aspects.
Feels a keen sense of entitlement.

Overall:
Overall we have an individual that is good with children and has a steady reliability rate. Eager to work and earn what she believes in due to her. She is a great babysitter that will do some light housekeeping. This being said, she present herself in a somewhat unprofessional way in her speech, mannerisms, and overall presentation. I saw, in my opinion, a serious lack of educational and/or scholastic knowledge that someone of her age should know. She is a great babysitter, but unfortunately that is all.
