Paulette is the most reliable and responsible sitter I have had. I have 4 children ages 4-13 and they all love her. She has been available on scheduled days, very short notice and overnight jobs. She has even helped find another sitter when she has been unavailable. She has great communication before, during and after and I always know my children are in safe hands.

Paulette was an emergency contact who luckily was able to fit us in when our other sitter cancelled at the last minute.

She was polite and energetic on the phone. When she first met the three kids (all age 2-3), she chatted and said hi to each one. Then she took notes on any special wishes and needs. By the end of the time, my child was sad to see her go and told us she had lots of fun with Paulette.

While we don't exclude the TV from activities, Paulette did not turn on the TV during her stay and instead did outside adventures and creative drawing activities instead.
