2016 Daycare and Boarding at Mountlake Terrace location with yard, wooded path, enrichment toys and games; temperament tested regular group; multi species meetings occur as I train pigs. 25 years experience as Kennel Tech for dogs.
As sole owner and operator of Auntie Beth's Pet Service, I have a long-term, small clientele who know that everything I do with their animal is from the heart.
A Certified Veterinary Assistant since 1986, I have had several years formal training in the housing, nutrition, and medical care taking of a variety of species. My personal business ethic means that I give discounts for clients who are military families, educators, or in the health care field.
In my youth I managed equestrian estates and trained at horse stables. Currently I exercise, board, and train pigs, dogs, cats, goats-as well as perform pet sitting, dog walking, and take pets for park outings.
My specialties are medical treatments of most species, handling aggressive or intact (unaltered) animals, solving common behavioral issues with companion animals. I am reliable, honest, and local. I refer clients to veterinarians, kennels, groomers.
I have a vehicle set up for large animal transport; I know the locations of off leash dog parks, boarding facilities, doggie daycares, emergency care; no-kill animal sanctuaries, and pet friendly businesses!
First assessment/visit is always free, as well as first toenail trim.

Beth is a wonderful, caring pet sitter! She is extremely professional, comfortable administering injections safely and effectively, and she even made friends with my very shy cat to the point he would love on her and purr, something he NEVER does with strangers! She sent me video and photo updates daily, and actually charges a fair and reasonable rate for her services. Highly, highly recommended!
Beth has been walking my border collie mix for the last 6 months and she is amazing. She is Bailey's best friend and when Beth picks her up for a play date she is beside herself with excitement. Beth sends me photos of Bailey's adventures and takes great care of her. She even took care of Bailey when she was sick! I don't know what I would do with out her. She is kind, loving, reliable, and just outstanding. I can not recommend her enough. I always know Bailey is safe and having a wonderful time when she is with Beth.
Beth has been a wonderful pet walker and even went above and beyond what we were expecting! She walked our 3-month old Shiba Inu puppy and provided us with some great resources and advice for raising a puppy with her expertise as a veterinary assistant. She has kept us in close communication with detailed daily updates and is very flexible with requests and scheduling.
One day our puppy had some symptoms of ringworm (diarrhea and vomiting), she called me right away to let me know and offered to stay with our Shiba as long as she could until I could get home from work to take our puppy to the vet for a checkup.
Beth has been very helpful, friendly and caring and would highly recommend her as a daytime dog walker.
